We go through them carefully, evaluate their relevance and appropriateness, and we weed out reviews with vulgar overtones or false statements. However, we do not edit reviews in any way. If there is an outstanding issue to be checked, we will do so first, then the review is published. Percentage average hotel rating is calculated by summing the values of all reviews and dividing by the total number of reviews.
